Live Oak Labyrinth

Walk In Peace With Us

The Live Oak Labyrinth is a 9-circuit Cretan labyrinth built in 2004 and designed for walking meditations. A labyrinth is not a maze. There are no dead ends. No choices to make.

The Live Oak Labyrinth is open 7-days a week, 24-hours a day for Personal Walks, and the church also hosts Community Walks.

Community Walks are listed on the Events schedule elsewhere on this website.

All Community Walks are family friendly—for all persons. Please gather at the labyrinth, and come dressed for outdoor weather. Share in community as we walk in friendship and peace. For more information: labyrinth@liveoakuu.org.

For Personal Walks, begin at the entrance and clear your mind of distracting thoughts. As you walk to the center, be aware of thoughts that you have. When you return back to the entrance, reflect on the thoughts you had on your journey in. What is the Labyrinth telling you?

“The end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.” T.S. Eliot
