Selfies with Santa
Waiting in line for Santa at the mall can overwhelm anyone, especially kids with special needs. Take the time you need to warm up your kiddos in a calm, sensory-friendly environment. Sign-in, relax with a craft or sit for a storytime with one of Santa’s helpers. We will come get you when it’s your family’s turn to take Selfies with Santa! Free event, open to the public. Go to SelfiesWithSanta.org for more information, and to pre-reserve a spot!
9:30 am Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser: Our choir steps off the stage and into the kitchen, cooking up a delicious breakfast and raising funds for the church. $5 per adult, $3 per child, or $10 per family
11:00 Celebrating a Rainbow of Promises: Join in an active worship service as we learn through story and song, and decorate our special holiday tree with symbols of the promises we make to each other.

Blue Christmas Vespers
There are a lot of sad Christmas songs out there. Hard Candy Christmas, If We Make it Through December, and of course, Blue Christmas. Some years, our hearts are so heavy, and the sights and sounds of Christmas just make it harder. Death or illness of a loved one, divorce, money issues — Is this one of those years for you? If so, join us for a special “Blue Christmas” vespers service. Led by Rev. Joanna, this contemplative service will offer words of compassion, a time for sharing, and comfort that you are not alone.
December 21 5:00 pm
Winter Solstice Labyrinth Walk
This family-friendly Winter Solstice walk for all ages celebrates the return of the light during the darkness of Winter. We’ll gather in the common ground to meet the Old Sun God, the Crone, Mother Night, and the Children of Wonder. We walk the labyrinth to honor the light that is reborn in us and to carry this light of love and peace out into the world. After the walk we’ll provide refreshments in the common ground and we invite you to bring snacks. In case of rain, we’ll walk a canvas labyrinth in the Common Ground.
December 24, 6:00 pm
Candlelight Christmas Eve Service
Join us for our Christmas Eve worship service, appropriate for all ages, featuring well-known Christmas songs, readings, and candlelight.

New Year’s Eve Labyrinth Walk
We’ll journey on the labyrinth from the old year to the new, complete with toasting marshmallows and eating s’mores around the fire pit at the center of the labyrinth. Bring something to sit on, and come dressed for outdoor weather. This is a family friendly walk for all ages. Please gather at the labyrinth.
