2003
Our 2003 retreat really knocked at least one of us off his feet. Everyone
else had a beautiful time. The retreat is now an annual event, held the weekend
before Thanksgiving.
2002
The 2002 Retreat was also enjoyed by all who participated. Here Jon, Chuck
and Roger enjoy some rocks.

The
Live Oak UU men held their annual fall retreat on the weekend of November 16-18
at George Huntington's ranch in Wimberley. Nineteen men attended and had a
wonderful time sharing fellowship, adventures and outstanding food. The
theme was "Relationships," a topic that has taken on all sorts of new
meanings since the events of September 11.
The
retreat began with a campfire on Friday night. Saturday morning was
devoted to group discussions, and the afternoon to adventures. Saturday
evening held more group discussions and the retreat concluded on Sunday morning
with a very moving ceremony.
Mark your
2002 calendars for the weekend before Thanksgiving!
