Our Fundraising Committee is relatively new, but working hard!
May 2005 Dear Live Oak Folks: Just an update from your friendly Fundraising Coordinator. As most of you know, my job is to help facilitate the scheduling and coordination of the many fundraisers that occur at the church. Groups or individuals that want to run a fundraiser must check in with me to make sure that there are no competing or conflicting fundraisers occurring at the same time or for the same cause. I work closely with Audrey, our valiant church administrator, to make sure that we minimize any space and scheduling conflicts for the various fundraisers. I want you to know that there are a few slots still available for fundraising lunches to be scheduled for the remainder of 2005. These are an opportunity for your group to feel good about feeding the hungry mouths of church-goers while also raising money for your worthy cause. If you are interested in scheduling one of these with me, give me a call. Please also call me before you kick off any fundraiser that you are thinking about doing in the future!
