With her Bonnie Raitt-like blanket of a voice, her love for home and family shines
through every note she sings and plays. The returning theme of roads back home, leaving
home, being left, and coming home to see that things changed, give insight to her unique
home experiences living on the North Dakota family farm and in a New Mexico commune with
her "old fashioned hippie" parents. Concerning her debut CD, The Austin
Chronicle said, "River Under The Road, a debut masterpiece worthy of a
songwriter decades worldlier than this mere 20-year-old soul."

November 13th Eddie Collins
Benefiting Educational Merit Foundation
Eddie Collins, known to central Texans as one of the area's
top bluegrass performers, draws from his rich traditional heritage in his music. As an
accomplished songwriter, Eddie returns in full force to his Texas country and blues roots
on his new CD release, Guitar Slinger. Previously, he performed and recorded
with many of the top artists in the West Coast country music scene. Eddie will be joined
in this performance by special guests who appeared on his album along with members of his
High Stakes Rollers band performing a high-powered set of original bluegrass music.
Opening the show will be talented songsmith Paul Sanchez, whose songs are packed with
emotion. Paul released his third album, Yesterday's Clothes, earlier this
year.

Showcasing their combined energy, soaring harmonies and song writing partnership, the
key here is harmony. The blend of Chris Gage and Christine Albert's voices creating their
voice... Boxcars. As Boxcars the duo blends country, folk, bluegrass, with blues, rock and
roll and soul. It is powerful, original, soulful, aggressive and heartfelt Texas music.

received national acclaim. Since 1985 Christine has been a favorite in Austin and at the
Kerrville Folk Festival almost every year. She was featured on the Nashville Network's The
Texas Connection and on Austin City Limits. Her CDs include You Are Gold, TexaFrance,
The High Road, and Under The Lone Star Sky. Following her
European tour, she returned home to host An Evening at the Paramount with Christine
Albert & Friends including Marcia Ball, Betty Elders, Sara Hickman, Toni Price,
Kelly Willis and others.

September
11th Jon Dee Graham
Benefiting Faith Home
On the surface, Jon Dee Graham is certain to conjure comparisons with early Springsteen
and later Tom Waits. Beneath the surface, however, is where the richness of Graham's music
lies, within songs that are as catharctically powerful as they are uncompromisingly
personal, transcending tidy craftsmanship for the unruliness of life lived large. Graham
has a big heart, and he refuses to confine it to a tiny songwriting box. Jon waited nearly
20 years to release his first solo album, Escape from Monster Island.
A lifetime of experience is poured into it. A recent Austin Chronicle review
described Jon's music as "...like stumbling on a well-worn path, reaching down to pick
up the rough, unassuming stone that tripped you up, and cracking it open to reveal
dazzling
crystals inside."
